Privacy Policy - Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter the "GDPR") regarding personal data, please note that the processing of personal data provided in job application submissions, including through Curricula Vitae, will take place only for the purposes of the personnel selection process, and will be performed by Us - Max Mara Fashion Group srl with registered offices at Via Pietro Giannone 10 - 10122 Turin (Italy), which, pursuant to the GDPR, shall act as data controller (hereinafter also the "Company" or “Us” or “We”), and by persons authorised to process personal data.
The processing will be performed transparently, in a manner relevant to and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality provided by article 5 of the GDPR and other applicable rules.
Purpose
The collection and processing of personal data are aimed exclusively at carrying out research, selection and evaluation activities and for any future investigations aimed at improving the Company's application service.
The collection relates to your personal and contact data, any images, including photography, accompanying the applicant’s professional profile, and to the special categories of data pursuant to art. 9 of the GDPR (including, for example, data relating to any disability and/or membership of "protected categories") made known and/or communicated by You.
Your personal data will be processed within limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes set out above.
All your data will be entered in appropriate paper and/or computer archives, or in any other type of adequate support, and kept under constant control with operating procedures and adequate security measures, pursuant to the provisions of art. 32 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, from illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access and in order to prevent the loss of the data.
Legal basis of the processing and Retention period
The legal basis of the processing of personal data provided by You is our legitimate interest. We may request additional personal data from you or four family members for the same purposes, but in this case we will request your consent. Your data will be retained by Us for a maximum period of 24 months from transfer, in the event that the data is not used for the establishment of an employment relationship.
We reserve the right to retain in its archives only the profiles and related personal data of applicants that it considers interesting.
Disclosure and Processing
Your data will not be disclosed and may, in addition to being processed by authorised Company staff responsible for the search, selection and evaluation of personnel, be transferred, exclusively for the purposes outlined above, to the following categories of subjects:
subjects who will process it in as external data processors, appointed by the Company in its capacity as data controller, who need to access the data to perform specific collaboration tasks on behalf of the Company, necessary or functional to the carrying on of business (e.g. specialised staff finder companies etc.); subjects who will process the data in the capacity of Data Controllers, to the extent necessary to fulfil legal obligations; subjects that will process the data as independent data controllers, limited to what is necessary to fulfill legal obligations; other group company
Rights of the Data Subject
You may exercise your rights under Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in particular the right to access to your personal data, to request rectification, updating and erasure if incomplete, incorrect or collected in breach of the law, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons, by submitting your requests to the following email address: ref_privacy@mmfg.it
You also have the right to file complaints with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
