Personal Data Registration and Processing
Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also “GDPR”) on personal data, we would like to inform you that personal data provided during the submission of job applications are processed for the sole purpose of managing personnel selection procedures, and will be processed by the company Max Mara Fashion Group s.r.l., with registered office in Via Pietro Giannone, 10 – 10122 Torino (Italia), which, pursuant to the GDPR, acts as the Data Controller (“Company”).
The processing will be performed in a relevant and transparent manner and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality set out by Art. 5 of the GDPR and by other relevant legislation.
Purposes
The collection and processing of the personal data have the exclusive purposes of the recruitment, selection and evaluation of Company personnel.
The collection of your personal data, which takes place through the use of the website, and the processing thereof, relate to personal and contact details, images – including photographs – that accompany the professional profile, and special data categories transmitted and/or communicated as per Art. 9 of the GDPR (including, for example, data related to any disabilities and/or belonging to “protected categories”).
All the personal data shall be processed within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes set out above.

- entities that will process them as data processors appointed by the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller (Art. 28 of the GDPR), and need to access the data for performing specific tasks on behalf of the Company, necessary or functional to the performance of the activity (e.g. companies that specialise in recruitment etc.)
- entities that will process the data as independent controllers, limited to what is necessary for complying with legal requirements

Rights of the data subject
The data subjects are entitled to the rights as per Chapter III of EU Regulation 2016/679 and, in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification, updating and erasure thereof, if incomplete, incorrect or collected against the law, and to object to the processing thereof for legitimate reasons.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, for the protection of personal data according to Art. 77 of the GDPR.
